With „Of Iron And Clay“ US-based band MONODY presents an electropop debut album par excellence.

Founded in 2006 in Portland / Oregon the band already was able to leave some marks in Portland’s electronic music scene. The band’s philosophy always was to provide their fans with an unforgettable live experience which also impressed all attendees of the „United Tour“ of SPETSNAZ and OBSCENITY TRIAL that much, that OBSCENITY TRIAL mastermind and label owner Oliver Wand offered a label contract to MONODY after the end of the U.S. tour.

How innovative MONODY’s approach to their live shows is shows their development of an iPhone application that allows fans to use their devised to interactively perform with the band during a live set.

„Of Iron And Clay“ consists of 13 electropop delights, the digital release features two remixes (including one by Assemblage 23) and a full digital PDF booklet.
